Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled web designer who can create stunning, modern, and functional website designs. If you’re passionate about design, have a strong portfolio of work, and can implement your designs using Elementor/WordPress, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
Design Expertise: You should have a proven track record of creating visually compelling designs. This includes being able to redesign websites and improve their overall aesthetic and user experience.


Creativity & Artistic Flair: We’re looking for someone who understands design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. If you can craft something that stands out, you’re the one we’re looking for.


Elementor/WordPress Proficiency: While design is the priority, you should also know how to translate your designs into a functional website using Elementor and WordPress.


Attention to Detail: Your designs should look polished and professional, both visually and in execution.


Independent Thinker: We value individuals who can confidently make design decisions and justify them.


What We Don’t Want:
Developers who “dabble” in design but lack true design talent.


Individuals who struggle to create unique designs without relying heavily on templates.


Anyone who isn’t confident in their ability to create original, high-quality designs.

Requirements:
Submit 2-3 samples of your best design work (must be websites or web pages).


Complete a live design test as part of the application process. We’ll ask you to redesign a page based on specific criteria during a short session.


Strong experience with Elementor and WordPress is essential, but this role is design-focused.
