Overview:
Anthony's Villa, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth and families, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. This role is integral in visually communicating our mission and values while enhancing our branding, marketing, and fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and experience creating content for nonprofits or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Branding
Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs align with Anthony’s Villa’s brand guidelines and effectively convey the organization’s mission and values.
Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital and print materials.
Logo and Branding Assets:

Create new logo designs or variations for specific programs or events.
Develop branding templates for presentations, newsletters, and social media.
Marketing Collateral Creation
Digital Assets:

Design graphics for social media campaigns, email newsletters, and website banners.
Create visually compelling ads for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and Google Ads landing pages.
Print Materials:

Develop brochures, one-pagers, posters, and other marketing collateral for programs and fundraising events.
Prepare files for professional printing and ensure quality control.
Event Promotion:

Design promotional materials for virtual and hybrid events, including invitations, event programs, and sponsorship packages.
Create graphics and templates for online fundraising campaigns and community outreach efforts.
Program Support
Program-Specific Materials:

Create individualized marketing materials for programs, including Group Home, Outpatient Services, Respite, and School-Based Services.
Ensure each program has updated tri-fold brochures, one-pagers, and website visuals that include referral information, service details, and QR codes.
Gala and Fundraiser Support:

Design materials for the annual gala and other fundraising events, including sponsorship decks, event signage, and themed branding elements.
Collaboration and Feedback
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and fundraising team to conceptualize designs that align with campaign goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring creative ideas to life.
Revisions and Updates:

Respond to feedback promptly and make necessary adjustments to designs to meet project expectations.
Keep existing materials up-to-date and relevant.
Reporting and Organization
Project Management:
Track and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
Organize and maintain a digital library of design files and templates for team use.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital projects.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
