We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics across various mediums, including social media, websites, videos, and print materials. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and website content management. This has the potential to grow into a full-time role based on business needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), websites, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, presentations, and business cards.
• Maintain and update website content with fresh and engaging graphics.
• Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Edit videos, incorporating graphics and animation, to create compelling brand stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure designs align with marketing strategies.
• Manage and organize design files and assets efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work across various mediums.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in American English.
• Basic math skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
