Peloton is seeking a mid-level hybrid digital designer to join our in-house Brand Creative team. This role will be dedicated to the Apparel line of business, you’ll be responsible for not only championing our brand and developing visual assets for capsule and seasonal collections, but ensuring consistency and craft across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with creative leads, marketing, and apparel teams to translate collections and associated artwork into campaigns and experiences. You should have a love for Figma, have strong typography and layout skills. You take pride in your craft, regardless of the size of the deliverable and are comfortable working with a creative and marketing time to execute and refine a creative vision.Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects

  • Part time role to start, manager is anticipating around 22 hours a week and will be monitoring those hours based on their budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Art Director to support shoot direction and select process for campaign deliverables.
  • Work on a range of projects, from large campaigns to email and banner ecosystems.
  • An interest in working on digital experiences, CRM communications, and bringing the brand to life on our digital channels. 
  • Develop innovative brand visuals across campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms alongside Senior Designers & Creative leads.
  • Create and maintain design systems that elevate the brand and our apparel offering. 
  • Translate complex ideas into visually engaging and clear concepts.
  • Ability to build and deliver print-ready mechanicals for retail environments. 
  • Stay current on contemporary design trends and industry developments, bringing fresh ideas into projects.
  • Opportunity to extend or convert depending on overall business need and candidate performance. Very likely to extend past the 3 months.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred, not required
  • Experience in the apparel or relevant industry is preferred but not required. 
  • Experience in editorial design or relevant vertical preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in design, either at a creative agency or in-house.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, digital and conceptual design.
  • Conceptual skills to support and amplify art direction and capsule concepts.
  • Experience in building print ready mechanicals.
  • Ability to problem solve and find platform constraints as an exciting challenge. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a people first-approach. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Comfortable bringing your voice and point of view in discussions and actively brainstorming in a room with other creatives. 
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
