Job Summary: We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual designs for our City Guide, digital platforms, and promotional materials for events and merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of the 2025 City Guide (both print and digital) creating layouts and visuals that ensure a cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Create graphics for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to ensure design meets content needs.
- Design flyers, social graphics, and digital assets for Sapphic LA events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the sapphic community and intersectionality.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Compensation: $25-$30 hourly

Requirements
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
