Position Overview:
Reviver is looking for a creative and motivated Interactive Graphic Designer - Digital & Traditional Media to join our Marketing Department. As an Interactive Designer at Reviver, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing, ideating, and executing pre, post, and final designs, producing graphic assets for various marketing and sales support initiatives, with a strong focus on eCommerce. Your work will span both traditional and digital/social channels, helping us communicate our brand message effectively, support online sales initiatives, and captivate our target audience.
Responsibilities & Key Duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and third-party agencies/contractors to create traditional and digital/social graphic designs aligned with our corporate strategy and marketing efforts, especially for eCommerce channels.
- Create cohesive stories visually through design, maintaining authenticity to our brand and including clear calls to action that drive conversions on our eCommerce platforms.
- Design visually stunning and engaging assets that captivate our target audience across digital and print platforms, with an emphasis on supporting and growing our online sales.
- Ensure visual consistency across all B2C and B2B marketing touchpoints, adhering to brand and campaign-specific guidelines.
- Champion the brand guidelines and maintain the integrity of the brand as an advocate.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure all designs are on-brief, on-brand, and meet eCommerce performance goals.
- Develop fresh and innovative design ideas that align with Reviver's brand standards, positioning us as industry leaders.
- Conceptualize and create designs for various channels/platforms, producing assets with visual and messaging variations according to specifications, including web-safe assets like audio, video, and motion graphics.
- Direct freelance design resources when necessary.
- Layout and produce marketing materials such as brochures, white papers, and lead generation/nurture materials.
- Have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with development teams. Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or front-end basics is a plus.
- Test and optimize assets based on their performance (color, layout, and motion), using analytics tools to guide design adjustments that improve engagement and conversions on eCommerce platforms.
- Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (websites, mobile apps, social, email, digital advertising, etc.).
- Design and develop website assets, from hero images to web animations, ensuring consistency across all devices (mobile, desktop, tablet).
- Collaborate on and optimize homepages, landing pages, and email concepts for maximum speed, SEO/SEM, and scalability to support eCommerce growth.
- Research industry trends to present timely ideas and concepts for digital innovation.
- Design engaging email layouts that lead to higher engagement and increased click-through rates.
- Produce, test, and troubleshoot HTML email campaigns, ensuring a consistent email experience.
- Support videography and photography needs for content creation.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of interactive/graphic design experience, preferably with premium consumer brands, ideally within the automotive industry and with a strong eCommerce focus.
- Strong creative, interactive/graphic design, and layout skills, with knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with After Effects/Adobe Animate, Audition, Microsoft Office, Premiere Pro, KeyShot, or other 3D rendering/visualization software.
- Experience with generative AI graphic content creation is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience creating impactful graphics for both traditional and digital/social channels, with the ability to produce assets according to channel/platform-specific specifications.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills, including file naming and asset management. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Wrike is beneficial.
- A strong portfolio showcasing examples of traditional and digital/social work, including eCommerce-related designs, illustrations, graphics, animations, and other work that demonstrates versatility across different platforms.
- Preferred skills in sketch art and storyboarding.
- Familiarity with performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is beneficial for optimizing design impact based on engagement data.
