With a strong commitment to quality, style, and functionality, we continue to shape and lead the stationery and planning market.

We are now looking for a part time, Marketing Graphic Designer to deliver needed creative materials for E-mail, Social Media and other sales channels on a consistent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Design: Create engaging, brand-consistent graphics and templates for email campaigns using tools like Klaviyo.

Social Graphics: Design compelling visuals for social media posts, stories, and campaigns tailored to platform-specific requirements.

Paid Ad Graphics: Develop high-performing ad creatives optimized for paid social platforms and other digital advertising channels.

YouTube Thumbnails: Design eye-catching, click-worthy thumbnails for YouTube content.
Website Graphics: Create and optimize website assets for Shopify, including banners, product images, and promotional visuals.

Weekly Graphics Tasks:
Happy Hour Live Thumbnails: Design visually appealing thumbnails for weekly live events.
Blog Cover Graphics: Create cover images for blog posts that align with our brand identity.

Monthly Graphics Tasks:
Workshop Graphics: Develop promotional materials for monthly workshops or webinars.
Branding & Asset Management:

Update and maintain the company’s brand guide to ensure consistency across all channels.
Assist in updating the wholesale catalog as the business grows.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the e-commerce/DTC industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in social media, email, and digital ad design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with analytics tools to assess the performance of visual content.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and web design.
Experience with catalog design is a plus.
