Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer who is highly experienced in creating video content. The ideal candidate will work closely with managers across HR, time, and payroll departments to develop visually compelling showcase graphics and short videos. These graphics and short videos will highlight key achievements and present innovative technology features that are being enabled for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with HR, time, and payroll department managers to understand project goals and translate them into visually engaging graphics and videos.
•  Design graphics that effectively communicate new technology features and the value they bring to employees.
•  Create showcase materials that highlight important achievements and milestones related to technology integration.
•  Ensure consistency in design and alignment with corporate branding guidelines.
•  Present and iterate on designs based on feedback from cross-functional teams.
•  Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a corporate environment.
•  Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly those related to technology, HR, or internal communications.
•  Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant software.
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and interpret feedback from non-design stakeholders.
•  Experience in creating visuals for complex information and achievements in a clear, engaging way.
•  Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Experience in designing for HR, payroll, or technology industries.
•  Familiarity with internal communications, especially in large organizations.
•  Knowledge of current trends in technology and their impact on HR and payroll operations.
