About Colledge:
Colledge is a gig economy platform that connects students with flexible gigs while helping clients access a skilled workforce to simplify their tasks. We are building a new online jobs and services platform that we plan to grow into a global enterprise. We're looking for an outstanding Web Developer and Engineer to take ownership of the coding, design, performance, and layout of our initial website.
The Web Developer will be responsible for building our website from concept to completion—creating everything from the homepage and site layout to the overall functionality of the platform. We have a functioning prototype of the website ready, and the ideal candidate will quickly familiarize themselves with it to help us finalize the platform for a near-term soft launch.
As part of a small, dynamic team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Colledge. We are driven by the mission to create the next big thing in the jobs and services space, and we're looking for someone who’s excited to contribute to that vision.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Gather website requirements from clients and users, refining specifications based on technical needs
  • Maintain communication with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and update content within clear timelines
  • Write efficient, testable, and well-designed code, following best practices for HTML/CSS and performance optimization

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply industry trends to operations and activities
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure visual design alignment and resolve UI inconsistencies
