Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain WordPress site maintenance for up to 100 sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, providing ongoing maintenance for the sites hosted on our server.
  • Utilize knowledge of WordPress page builders and block editors, including Divi and Elementor, to effectively manage and troubleshoot sites.
  • Handle client support tickets for WordPress sites.
  • Utilize a dedicated HubSpot seat to manage and develop CMS projects.
  • Update customer records in HubSpot pipeline.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Working hours are M-F Central Time Zone and must be available for weekend emergencies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with WordPress website development and maintenance.
  • Expert with WordPress page builders and block editors such as Divi and Elementor.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of back-end development fundamentals.
  • HTML and CSS Expertise.
  • Basic understanding of Hubl (HubSpot coding) and PHP is a huge plus.
  • Basic understanding of technical search engine optimization, Google Analytics and Google.
  • Search Console.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Knows how to build pages in the CMS from wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, ticket systems, and project management systems.
  • HubSpot CMS certification can be optional but should be willing to be certified.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for a variety of software.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer communication and service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively..


Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

  • $1700 to $1900 depends on experience.
  • $500 bonus at 90-day mark.
  • 13th month pay (paid on Jun 1 and Dec 1).
  • Performance-based bonuses.
