Responsibilities:

• Optimize and elevate the functionality and design of our WordPress website.
• Create a seamless, responsive design with Elementor, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
• Enhance the user experience with advanced search and filtering options for job listings.
• Implement SEO strategies to boost site visibility and engagement.
• Develop interactive features, improve layout, and craft engaging content.
• Ensure website stability through performance enhancements, backups, and monitoring.
• Improve email reputation management with tools like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP configuration, and Google Postmaster tools.
• Leverage analytics to track user behavior, optimize conversion funnels, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and align web functionality with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expert knowledge of WordPress, including plug-ins like Elementor.
• Front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Back-end expertise: PHP, MySQL, and database integration.
• Proven experience with SEO optimization and responsive design.
• Familiarity with email infrastructure best practices, including SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and conversion tracking (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• API integration experience with CRMs, ATSs, or HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Experience with scalable web hosting solutions (AWS, Azure).
• A strong understanding of user-centric design and a passion for crafting engaging digital experiences.
