Our client's a snack foods company specializing in retail, dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative offerings to their customers. Their brand is focused on providing exceptional taste experiences and aesthetic appeal through their products. 

We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive their brand’s online visibility and optimize digital marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in enhancing organic search performance, managing paid ads, and increasing brand awareness for the company across e-commerce platforms and social media. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and passionate about growing a food & beverage brand in a competitive market.

Responsibilities: 

SEO Strategy & Implementation:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize on-page SEO (meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, structured data, etc.).
  • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including backlinking and partnerships.
  • Work with developers to improve website speed, mobile optimization, and core web vitals.

Content & Website Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all blog posts, product pages, and marketing materials follow SEO best practices.
  • Guide content strategy based on search intent and ranking opportunities.
  • Optimize product descriptions and landing pages for conversion and visibility.

Paid Media & Digital Campaigns:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital campaigns.
  • Track ad performance and adjust bids, copy, and targeting for maximum ROI.
  • A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and ad creatives to improve conversions.

Analytics, Reporting & Growth Strategy:

  • Track and analyze SEO and ad performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Generate monthly SEO & marketing reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging digital strategies.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: 

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO & digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, food & beverage, or CPG.
  • Proven track record of increasing organic rankings, engagement, and conversions.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and paid media strategies.
  • Understanding of technical SEO (site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!):

  • Experience in email marketing and automation platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure for SEO improvements.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Prior work experience in the food & beverage or CPG industry.
