As a Freelance Designer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging designs that enhance our brand and improve user interaction across multiple platforms.

Duties

• Develop visually appealing designs for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create motion graphics and animations to enhance user engagement.
• Conduct user research to understand target audiences and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs using tools such as React Express.
• Utilize UXPin for prototyping and usability testing to refine design concepts.
• Design graphics for marketing campaigns, including email templates using MailChimp.
• Optimize designs for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and user experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and motion graphics software.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies, particularly React Express.
• Knowledge of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design projects.
• Understanding of SEO best practices as they relate to design.
• Previous experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp is a plus.
