In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs that enhance our online presence and improve user engagement. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that your designs are functional, responsive, and in line with best web design practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, an understanding of user experience principles, and proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. Your ability to transform client ideas and requirements into engaging digital experiences will be crucial to our success. Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive websites that align with brand identity.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project goals.
Ensure designs are user-friendly and accessible on various devices.
Stay current with web design trends and best practices.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

$100,000 - $180,000 annually
