Web Designer and Developer

As part of our growing team, we are seeking a Web Designer & Developer to elevate our digital presence. In this role, you will focus on designing and building immersive, user-centric websites that embody the Evergreen Wealth brand. You will leverage your expertise in advanced web technologies, including video optimization and responsive design, to create fast, visually stunning experiences that reflect our innovative approach to wealth management. Your work will directly translate our mission into a dynamic digital platform that redefines the standards for the wealth advisory industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop fully responsive websites with a focus on immersive full-panel video integration.
- Create engaging content pane windows that enhance storytelling and usability.
- Build and launch websites from scratch, no templates, to ensure flawless user experience and scalability.
- Implement advanced video compression and optimization techniques to maintain the highest quality visuals with minimal load times.
- Collaborate with marketing to align designs with our strategic goals.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance- specifically 80% or higher in a lighthouse performance test across all devices.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio of video-driven websites.
- Expertise in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript., the ability to create and integrate dynamic and static charts and graphs
- Animation skills preferred (Lottie file format)
- Proficient in video embedding and optimization techniques for web use.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Experience building custom websites for fintech, SaaS, or high-end brands is a plus.
