Position Summary

As our Head of Web Design, you'll play an extremely important role in crafting and delivering luxurious websites, landing pages, and sales funnels for our clients in the real estate space.

The work includes the ideation process behind different wireframes and styles for the website, connecting the dots between who our client is, and what their brand represents, and then converting that into a magnificent design on Figma. Once the projects are reviewed and approved internally and by our clients, we will transform our Figmas into fully functioning websites on FRAMER.

You will work amongst our UI/UX designers, graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to achieve the objective >>> Create the most magnificent looking & performing Real Estate websites for Agents & Homes.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Develop fully functional, responsive & beautiful real estate websites using the software FRAMER
• Assist the UI & UX designers in the project ideation process using FIGMA & FRAMER.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of all assets and deliverables.
• Analyze website performance, SEO & more.
• Drive compelling designs using FRAMER but also CSS and code when needed.
• Implement Real Estate IDX systems into our clients' websites when needed.

Experience & Additional Requirements

• Previous experience developing high-end websites using Figma and Framer.
• Previous experience in performance marketing. We care about responsiveness and conversion, not only making something look pretty.
• Passion for luxury real estate and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in analyzing web metrics, optimizing for SEO capacities, and making the best websites in the world.
