Position Details
Role Breakdown:
80% WordPress development
20% customer support
Work Schedule:
44 hours per week
Immediate availability for training and onboarding
Customer Support Requirements:
Response time under 1 minute during shift hours.
Starting Salary: $500 per month (with opportunities for growth based on performance).
Responsibilities
Development:

Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Optimize site performance and implement best practices for security and usability.
Support:

Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
Requirements
Proficiency in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and customizations.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
Experience with customer support tools and platforms.
Availability for immediate training and start.
